A long study session can turn a kitchen table into a neck-and-shoulder complaint factory. The problem is rarely a lack of discipline. More often, the book is flat, the screen is too low, the chair is doing its best impersonation of a folding ladder, and your body spends hours adapting to a workspace that was never designed for serious work. Start With the Reading Height, Not the Chair
