Warranty Coverage

This Warranty Covers:

  • Structural defects in the aluminum frame
  • Mechanical failure of tension joints under normal use
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Coverage applies when the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Accidental damage or impact
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use
  • Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to excessive moisture
  • Damage to the plastic parts of the page holders, unless it is broken on arrival.

To activate warranty coverage, your product must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
