This shtender (aka 'stander') is a great innovation. I use it on a tabletop to raise my siddur and seforim. It has a compact footprint so it doesn't take up much space on the table. It is able to extend upwards quite a bit, more than other table-top shtenders.One thing that is truly unique is the build quality. With so much junk being sold these days it was surprising to get a product that is designed and engineered well, and manufactured with quality materials. It's a pleasure to use and adjust, and feels just right. Also, it will probably last for decades.Really impressive.Keep in mind that the top of the shtender does not have a huge area. A siddur or medium-size sefer will be fine. But if you are planning on using it for your heavy, leather bound chosson shas... this wasn't designed for that.

Amazing product

I can't remember ever writing a review for a product. However, this one is so exceptional that I felt compelled to share my experience. I injured my shoulder before the high holidays and had concerns about holding up my prayer book. A friend recommended that I buy a book stand. I ordered several stands from Amazon and decided to go with this one. It is compact, not too heavy and is adjustable for various heights. The the highest it goes is around 2 1/2 feet. When it is fully extended, you can use the bottom part as a book stand while sitting and the upper part as a book stand when standing. I liked it so much that I will use it all year: for reading books and for holding my Ipad. I highly recommend this book stand. It is well worth the price!!

High-Quality Product

While a pretty expensive book stand, this thing is sturdy and very obviously exceptionally built. Unlike most modern garbage products (which Amazon seems to have in ready supply), this feels like it’s built to last, and well-planned in many aspects. I found the inventor’s videos on YouTube very helpful for understanding how the stand works and best practices. The stand folds small enough to fit in my backpack, and is quite light, so I can use it for textbook studying. Overall 10/10 purchase, I would highly recommend.

Well made

I bought it for Bible study as it’s easier to read with the book at an angle. It is well made and sturdy even for a thick Bible although the page holders aren’t worth the trouble especially for a book with very thin pages. Worth the money.
